Quality Assurance
Company Responsibility
Enhanced Communication Solutions Inc. (ECS) is involved in the installation and testing of telecom infrastructure for commercial and industrial projects. These infrastructures are designed, installed and tested in accordance with the Customer's specifications and the requirements of the CSA, ABSA, TIA/EIA Codes Act and Regulations. Trained personnel are assigned for the installation, inspection and testing of each project. All installations are completed in the field, with the occasional prefabrication done in the shop.
- Unless otherwise stated in the contract agreement the Customer ensures supplied components, materials or services are consistent with the required quality standard level. The Customer ensures all supplied components, materials or services comply with the Alberta Safety Codes Act and any regulation made pursuant to the Act.
- It is expected the Customer supply contract documents, drawings and specifications that are clear, concise and correct.
- Ensures that contractual requirements are met by developing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Program described in the Quality Program Manual which is submitted to the Customer upon request.
- Customers and the Authoritarian have access to the shop or field work sites for the purpose of quality audits and surveillance.
- Subcontracted items or services meet contractual requirements through quality auditing, source surveillance or incoming inspection and document review as required;
- Components are installed in accordance with the Customer's specifications and applicable Codes and Standards.
Management Objective
- The objective of the Enhanced Communication Solutions Inc. (ECS) management team is to efficiently & consistently provide a high quality product that conforms to Customer specifications and applicable Codes and Standards.
Management Policy
- To achieve the company objective, it is the policy of Enhanced Communication Solutions Inc. (ECS) to establish and maintain an effective and efficient Quality Assurance Program.
- This Program is planned and developed in conjunction with other management functions and in conformance with Company objectives.
- Management ensures an individual, knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and Quality control, is appointed as the Quality Representative.
- Enhanced Communication Solutions Inc. (ECS) personnel support this Program and work with the Quality Program guidelines in compliance with the applicable Codes, Standards, Acts and Regulations, Company Standards and the Customer's contract requirements.
Management Responsibilities
The management of Enhanced Communication Solutions Inc. (ECS) ensures:
- This Quality Program Manual is implemented and utilized by all personnel.
- Personnel are trained and familiar with the performance of their duties and with the requirements of this Manual.
- An organization chart is published reflecting the present organizational duties.
- The Customer and Suppliers are made aware of who is in the position of authority regarding this Quality Program.
- The President will resolve disputes regarding this Quality Program that cannot be resolved by the Quality Assurance Representative without compromising the Codes, the Regulatory Authority or requirements of this Quality Program.
